چکیده

PT Tenaris Hydril adalah perusahaan sektor Oil and Gas dengan jasa penguliran Pipa jenis Accessories,Casing dan Tubing dari pelanggan alur proses produk yang panjang pada tiap memungkinkan terjadinya defect product. Berdasarkan data Final Inspection periode Januari hingga Desember tahun 2020 paling banyak ditemui peel off, untuk meminimalisir Produk dilakukan manajemen risiko menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) menunjukkan HOR fase 1 berdasarkan perhitungan ARP, peringkat diagram pareto prinsip 80:20 didapatkan hasil berupa 4 pemicu dominan tindakan pencegahan. Serta 2 terdapat 14 strategi preventif melihat mana terlebih dahulu sesuai tingkat kemudahan keefektifitasan.
